Worklog Calendar

Data Deletion

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Worklog Calendar users can delete their account and related personal data, or request deletion of specific personal data without deleting the account.

Inside the app

Sign in to Worklog Calendar, open the Account menu, choose Delete account, and confirm the warning. The app immediately disables/anonymizes the account, revokes sessions, and cleans related personal data.

Without account access

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and state that you are requesting Worklog Calendar account deletion.

Specific data deletion

Users may also request deletion of specific personal data without deleting the account by emailing [email protected] from the email address on the account and describing the data they want reviewed or deleted. Users can also directly remove many user-created items in the app, such as entries, tasks, files, payments, and payment files, where their role permits it.

What is deleted

Deletion covers the account and personal data connected to it, such as email address, name, sessions, push subscriptions, messages, personal work entries, services, payments, company asset records owned by the account, files, and related metadata, except where temporary retention is required for legal, security, accounting, or audit reasons.

Processing time

Signed-in account deletion is processed immediately after confirmation. A minimal technical record of the deletion action may be retained for legal, security, accounting, or audit reasons.
